Health Care Act for Medical Marijuana users

Since Californians voted and passed a small form of Affordable Care when they passed Props. 420 & 215, thus making one form of medical relief available to all citizens without the high cost of prescriptions or main stream medical providers. There is a growing debate on whether the federal government is taking steps towards removing marijuana from its controlled substance list.
